Policies for Our Hudson Valley Inn

Located amidst the rolling hills of Dutchess County, NY, our bed and breakfast is a lovely destination in upstate New York for vacation getaways and romantic weekends.  Before planning your stay with us, please refer to the policies below. Cancellation Policy:

Reservations require a $100 deposit at booking. The balance will be charged two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to check-in for a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee per room.

A 30-day cancellation notice is required for high-demand weekends, holidays, graduations and locally held yearly events. Please call if you need clarification.

In the event that an early departure becomes necessary, there will be no refunds issued.

CHILDREN:  Children 8 years and older are welcome. For younger, well-behaved children, depending on the circumstances, exceptions may be made. Please call

SMOKING:  New York State Law prohibits indoor smoking. Hilltop House Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment. 

PETS:  We apologize for not being able to accommodate pets. We will be happy to find boarding arrangements in the area for your family pet or recommend pet-friendly accommodations in the area.

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
